  1. Resilient Heart – TBI x3, that's me! If you had a Traumatic Brain Injury (or Injuries!) and knew you might not remember dates, events, people, etc., would you live each day differently? Would you give more, forgive more, heal more? I am. The statistics for me developing Dementia or Alzheimer's is a high possibility - one, because of the TBIs, and two - because I'm genetically predisposed. Come with me as this present moment is all we know we have... Wishing you all the best - today & always. Blessings, Love & Peace, RH

I came to your blog by way of Sharon at A Bump to the Head and am so glad I did. I’ve never seen this video before, it brought tears.

Isn’t that all any hurting soul wants, for someone to accept them where they are, listen to and understand them, and provide validation at a spiritual level?

Beautiful. Thank you for sharing. Best to you today & always.

    Blessings, Love & Peace,

Thank you kindly for your comment. Most of the time I did not/do not feel resilient but it’s what we have to be in order to get through the survival mode and into healing, giving ourselves a good life.

I appreciate your words very much. Best to you today & always.

        Blessings, Love & Peace,
